Guy Fieri's Entourage Management Philosophies

Because a 20-person crew doesn't manage itself, Guy Fieri, in a video for Ozersky.TV, offered a primer on entourage management: "Everybody has to have their name, their position, and their responsibility." Including Meister Brau, Machete, Gorilla, and The Cuban. Fieri shared his thoughts on the finer points of celebrity entourage management:

You can't have two movers, and you can't have two shakers. You can only have one pusher. If somebody is pushing the crew through an event, you get two guys going in the wrong direction. You split your crew, and then what do you have? You have chaos.
