New, 6 comments

GUY FIERI SAVES THE WORLD, AGAIN— NBC has released a new backstage video tour of the Minute To Win It set led by America's #1 Kulinary Gangsta, Guy Fieri. Not surprisingly, the production team uses 14 cameras to capture Guy's every move, and there's a staffer whose sole job is to polish the shiny black podium that Fieri stands on while determining the fate of the hopeful game show contestants. NEW YORK— Eater NY brings word that two big food fests will hit the NYC later this year. One will be organized by French dining guide Omnivore, who famously hosted a series of impossible-to-get-into dinners at Manhattan hotspots with David Chang and Michel Bras last year. Ruth Riechl tweets that this year's fest will feature one event at Dan Barber's Blue Hill at Stone Barns. French culinary organization Le Fooding has also confirmed another NYC fest for 2010, though dates and details are scarce at this point. [Eater NY]

ST. PAUL—A Hooters location in the area has just been served an eviction notice for $442,564 owed in rent. No word yet on whether the wings chain location will shutter or pay off their debt. [City Pages]
