We knew that Nigella Lawson was the inspiration for the White Queen in the new Alice in Wonderland movie. But now we learn that the titular character in the Princess and the Frog is also based another famous female chef— New Orleans legend Leah Chase. The 85-year-old chef at NOLA's famed Dooky Chase says that the screenwriters interviewed her three years ago, and cribbed some of her biographical details for the character of Tatiana, who dreams of opening a creole restaurant in the film.
