Keller, Reichl, Psilakis and Samuelsson Among Finalists for the 2010 IACP Cookbook Awards

The finalists for the prestigious 2010 IACP Cookbook Awards have been announced. Many of the big food books from last year are represented here, with some star chefs competing directly against each other in a few categories. Marcus Samuelsson's New American Table is in the running for Best American Cookbook, Thomas Keller's Ad Hoc at Home and Michael Psilakis's How To Roast a Lamb are notminated in the Chefs and Restaurants category, and Ruth Reichl's Gourmet Today gets a nod in the compilations category. The notable snub this year is of course David Chang and Peter Meehan's Momofuku Cookbook, which didn't receive a single nomination. The awards will be handed out in Portland on April 22, a full list of the finalists in each category is below.
