The Highest-Grossing Independent Restaurants

Restaurants & Institutions published their annual list of highest-grossing independent restaurants in the United States. Tao Las Vegas Restaurant & Nightclub wins the top earner spot four years running, although 2009 food-and-beverage sales fell thirteen percent.
