Food-Illiterate American Youth Disappoint Jamie Oliver

Tragic: In Friday's episode of Jamie Oliver's Food Revolution, Jamie Oliver brought vegetables to a first grade classroom to test the students' culinary knowledge, asking them to identify basic things like tomatoes, eggplants, and cauliflower. They failed, badly. While the kids could easily recognize french fries, they were dumbfounded when confronted with a potato.
