Grub Street interviews the one, the only Jamie Oliver today about his new show, which premieres tonight. While it's of course great to hear him talk about his ideas about nutrition and a positive change and all that, he also drops some info on that new Adam Perry Lang BBQ spot he's got in the works: "I’m really happy; the menu’s looking great. Adam is in Japan researching. We’re opening in October. I think we’re not going to mention “global” or any specific country, because if you start saying Asian this, Indian that, everyone's like, 'Ah, fuck me, it’s like Disneyland.'We’re just going to write a bloody good menu and have a nod to different countries."
