Molecular Gastronomy Gets its Own TV Show: Future Food

Marcel Vigneron isn't the only chef brining molecular gastronomy to cable TV. Planet Green is about to drop a new show Future Food that is also about the strange form of science-based cooking, starring Homaru Cantu, the chef/owner of Chicago's Moto and his pastry chef, Ben Roche. It looks like the program will basically just be a profile of the crazy recipes that the duo cook up in the Moto kitchen. Future Food hits the air next Wednesday, a preview is below.
