The final nominees for the 2010 James Beard Foundation Awards have just been announced. There are over 50 categories, we've got the full list below. Otherwise, here are the big highlights.
The nominees in the category of Outstanding Restaurant are: Babbo (NYC), Boulevard (SF), Daniel (NYC), Highlands Bar & Grill (Birmingham, AL) and Spiaggia (Chicago). For Outstanding Chef, the list reads:
José Andrés, Tom Colicchio, Gary Danko, Suzanne Goin, and Charles Phan. The nominees for Best New Restaurant are: Bibou (Philadelphia), Flour + Water (SF), Frances (SF), Locanda Verde (NYC), Marea (NYC),and RN74 (SF).
The awards will be taking place this year on May 3 at Lincoln Center in NYC.
