Mapping Out Paris' Three-Star Michelin Restaurants

With the announcement of the Michelin Guide to France 2010 yesterday, it's only fitting that our friends at Gridskipper generate a nice, juicy map of the Parisian restaurants with the guide's highest rating of three stars. Although Tokyo has dethroned Paris as the city with the most Michelin stars, there are still a staggering ten restaurants in the culinary mecca with the "close to perfect" designation -- including fine dining palaces from Alain Ducasse, Pierre Gagnaire and Guy Savoy. Please do take a few minutes to stroll the streets of Gay Paris, where the coddling, the heavy saucing, and the four-hour meal are alive and well.
