Desai is up to these days, turns out she just accepted an executive chef gig at Chicago's English Restaurant. She'll be adding things like lobster & white truffle mac & cheese, duck confit dumplings and foie gras bangers and mash to the British gastropub's menu. Yesterday was her first day on the job.
