Just days after we learned that the Wall St. Journal's restaurant critic Raymond Sokolov stepped down from his post after being told that they were no longer running reviews, word comes through that the WSJ magazine's features editor and frequent food and wine columnist Janelle Carrigan has also left the paper. No word yet on the reasons for her departure, but she has worked for the WSJ for over eight years, and penned an excellent piece just this past weekend on a Texas oil rancher who got into the vodka business.
