The Charlotte Observer reports that an area chef is starting a mobile restaurant that will broadcast its daily location via twitter, much like LA's wildly popular Kogi Truck. The only difference? The new spot won't operate out of a food truck, but rather a remodeled shipping container pulled by a flatbed truck. Says the restaurateur: "It’s going to be an interesting way to generate buzz...but Charlotte can be a very fickle market. We’re very focused not only on the funk factor or the cool factor, but on making sure the dining experience is a good one.” [Charlotte Observer]
