THE FIERIVERSE— In anticipation of this Sunday's two hour premiere of Minute to Win It, the Santa Rosa Press Democrat runs an exhaustive profile of hometown hero Guy Fieri. A radio personality who used to work with Fieri offers this bit of insight: "I think his planet moves very fast. NEW MEXICO—A new travel piece by sometimes Eater correspondant Joshua David Stein about New Mexico features a great rundown of the legendary green chili cheeseburger shacks in the area. Of the lot, the family-run Badland’s Burgers version of the dish sounds most appealing— it features two flame-grilled patties topped with smoky green chiles, bacon and guacamole, and was voted the state's best by outgoing governor and former presidential candidate Bill Richardson.
