Graham Eliott Bowles Added To Lollapalooza Lineup

Gridskipper learns that Chicago-based molecular gastronomy whiz kid Graham Elliot Bowles is teaming up with Lollapalooza to oversee the dining at this year's fest. Presumably, Graham will be cooking some of the offerings, and overseeing the rest. Bowles and the fest organizers are also taking suggestions on what restaurants should have concession stands at the concert.

Bowles mentioned some kind of music-fest related project in an interview a few weeks ago. Last year he participated in the concert as a food vendor and personal chef to Jane's Addiction.
