Top Chef Season 2 contestant/Kelly Bensimon paramour Sam Talbot opened Surf Lodge in the Long Island town of Montauk a few years ago. Although the decision to start a restaurant in beach resort town seemed a bit strange at first, clearly Sam digs the Montauk lifestyle. In a new video released via his Facebook page, Talbot explains that the surfing there is killer, the fish markets are great, and the locals couldn't be nicer.
