A few weeks ago NYC's P.J. Clarke's announced plans for national expansion, and today we learn that the pub-burger favorite has signed the lease on it's first new location in Washington D.C. The space used to house Todd English's Olives downtown, and was being eyed for a while by NYC's Scott Conant. Original plans cited a June 2010 opening, the menu and decor will be similar to that of the four NY restaurants. [WBJ]
