The results of the Michelin Guide to France 2010 have been revealed. A new restaurant, Auberge du Vieux Puits, earned the guide's highest rating of three stars, brining the total number of French three star restaurants to 26. Gordon Ramsay held onto his two star rating for his Versailles fine dining restaurant, and Alain Ducasse protegee Helene Darroze lost a star for her eponymous restaurant in Paris, which now holds a one star rating. The official guide will be released on Thursday. [Bloomberg]
