As promised, here we have a tour of the newest venture from an Iron Chef, the days-old Garces Trading Company by Jose Garces, courtesy of Facebook. Sticking with the recent trend of fancy chefs going downscale and experimenting with new concepts, Garces Trading Co. is equal parts gourmet grocery, all-day cafe, wine shop and takeout spot with both housemade and imported foodstuffs.
