Today Forbes runs their list of the best new restaurants in the country, with input from Rick Bayless, Nick Fauchald of Tasting Table, Doug Shafer, president of Napa winery Shafer Vineyards, and master sommelier Richard Betts. The final list of eleven was compiled from all of their selections -- with preference given to restaurants with high OpenTable ratings, and a few under-the-radar spots kept in for good measure.
