Eater's 2010 Gift Guide: Tasty Salted Pig Parts From Boccalone

Today on the gift guide, tasty salted pig parts from chef Chris Cosentino's and Mark Pastore's salumeria Boccalone. From the Salumi Sampler ($49) to the Pancetta Piana ($49), there's more than one way to get the finest of cured pig parts. Also of note is the Salumi Society, a "meat-of-the-month club," in which you or a loved one receives a monthly delivery of an assortment of fresh sausage and salumi. A three-month subscription is $198 ($66 per shipment), six months for $372 ($63 per shipment), or twelve months for $696 ($58 per shipment).
