Tickets on Sale For the 2011 Food & Wine Classic in Aspen

No better time than this balmy winter afternoon for you high-rolling eaters to start planning for one of the biggest and star-studded food events of the year: Tickets are now on sale for the 2011 Food & Wine Classic in Aspen taking place June 17-19, 2011. Tickets are $1,085 before March 15, 2011 ($1,185 afterward) and cover all the events, seminars, and parties.

Big-name lineup as always: Mario Batali, Bobby Flay, Tom Colicchio, José Andrés, Danny Meyer, Tim Love, Michael Symon, Ming Tsai, Jim Meehan, Susan Feniger, Michael Chiarello, Jacques and Claudine Pépin, and more.
