Aw. Grant Achatz made a video for his mentor and friend Thomas Keller for the sixteenth birthday of Keller's The French Laundry. It's a little intense, with a portion of Achatz's 2008 Beard Award acceptance speech, an excerpt of his upcoming book that discusses what he's learned from Keller, and a montage of people working incredibly hard at the restaurant.
