Starting with a fruit puree called Tropolis that's too thick to call a beverage, PepsiCo is seeking to "snackify" drinks and "drinkify" snacks. According to the head of Pepsi's nutrition group Mehmood Khan, "it's outdated to think that snacks are dry and beverages are wet." Seriously, get with the times, guys. [WSJ]
