Seemingly running out of feasts to recreate, British chef Heston Blumenthal has a new series on Channel 4 premiering in January in the UK called Heston's Michelin Impossible. He'll attempt to "transform food and profits at five organisations" including the NHS (National Health Service), the Royal Navy, Cineworld Cinemas, the ferry company Stena Line, and British Airways. Said Channel 4: "Heston conducts outrageous and bizarre experiments in his quest to find solutions where other chefs have failed." [UKPA]
