Artist Liz Lomax is the woman responsible for Mario Batali's severed head as well as the ten other food celebrity head sculptures in Barneys' Foodie Holiday window display this December in New York. Lomax worked on the sculptures around the clock for seven weeks, and her hard work seems to have paid off: Paula Deen told Lomax she "kicked ass on my head."
