Harvard Student Creates Hot Meat Jello

New, 1 comment

harvard-wylie-dufresne-150.jpgWhat will those Harvard kids think of next? Meat jello! A student in the university's Science and Cooking course created gelatin that can be heated: "The chefs from wd-50 wanted a solid soup stock or gelee that doesn't melt when it's heated up...They wanted to make a solid soup that tastes like and has everything a soup would have but with a different texture." Mmm, solid soup. [Daily Beast]
