Chef José Andrés spoke at The Economist's The World in 2011 conference about the importance of food in politics and called for a new national change in food policy. Andres praises Michelle Obama's work on the Let's Move campaign, and predicts that in the future politicians will be held responsible for their "food agendas." He also thanks former president Bill Clinton for warming up the crowd for him.
