A Brussels Sprouts Whopper from Burger King in England

It's a Christmas miracle? Behold the Burger King Sprout Surprise Whopper, a limited-time holiday offering from Burger King UK. Why brussels sprouts? Brussels sprouts are apparently part of a traditional British Christmas dinner, and Burger King called them "the classic festive ingredient that so often gets overlooked."

The burger, which is topped with what looks like some sort of brussels sprouts patty and Emmentaler cheese, is only being served in three cities, and it hasn't been received terribly well. Burger King UK posted a message on their Facebook wall saying, "Sorry to hear some of you weren’t too keen on the idea of the Sprout Surprise Whopper yesterday, but we’re confident that The King can make even Brussels Sprouts taste good!" Maybe those suckers need to get deep-fried?
