Graham Elliot's Expansion Plans

Hot on the heels of yesterday's opening of his long-awaited upscale sandwich shop Grahamwich, Chicago chef Graham Elliot announced plans for some expansion for the next year: He's scouting for two more locations in Chicago for Grahamwich, said there are plans for a Grahamburger, and is thinking about opening an upscale restaurant in Los Angeles.
