Tom Colicchio Closing Both Craft and Craftbar in Atlanta

Chef, Top Chef judge, and Diet Coke promoter Tom Colicchio is getting the heck out of Atlanta: both Craft Atlanta and Craftbar will close early next year. The Mansion on Peachtree hotel, where both restaurants are located, was acquired by new ownership in early 2010 and Craft was unable to reach an agreement with the new owners.

There are still Craft locations in New York, Dallas and Los Angeles, and Craftbars in New York and Los Angeles. Colicchio is "disappointed" to be pulling out of Georgia.
