Duff Goldman and Fergus Henderson Share a Morning Drink

Ace of Cakes' Duff Goldman and Geof Manthorne went to London and visited Fergus Henderson at his St John restaurant, and it was rather charming. They did a sort of cultural exchange: Henderson served them braised pig's head and a medicinal, alcoholic something-or-other at 9:00 AM, and the Charm City Cakes crew prepared a cake for the nose-to-tail chef in the shape of a sausage. Henderson summed up the experience by saying, "It's a wonderful thing, when someone comes as such a spirited a soul as Duff. To address a pig's head with such enthusiasm. Makes it all worthwhile, really."
