Food52's annual Piglet cookbook tournament is over, and the winner, as selected by Mario Batali, was Good to the Grain by Kim Boyce with Amy Scattergood. Boyce's book narrowly beat out Plenty by Yotam Ottolenghi and Jonathan Lovekin, largely because the Batali family felt they would use the ode to whole grain baking more often. [Food52]
