More 2010 Cookbook Listicles Name Noma the Bestest

New, 3 comments

That René Redzepi sure has all the listicle writers charmed: his Noma cookbook has ended up on yet more holiday gift-buying listicles (two days ago it was Steingarten at Vogue and StarChefs that heaped on the praise). This latest crop doesn't really rank books so much group them, but we know everyone's smitten with his foraging woodland ways. Other major players: British imports, including Marco Pierre White and Sophie Dahl, baking books, vegetarian books, and lots of love for Amanda Hesser's The Essential New York Times Cookbook.

Check out the categorized list from The Washington Post, a Canadian list from The Montreal Gazette, and a slideshow from Bon Appetit. Go forth, Christmas shoppers, and spend.
