Dine America 2010: It's Like Tremé In Your Mouth

Without sounding overly earnest or dishearteningly ironic, it should be said that there is a pretty great event going on tomorrow, Wednesday December 1, called Dine America 2010: America's Night Out Night Out for Gulf Seafood. The idea is that 290 restaurants across the States are using Gulf Seafood on their menus to reverse the pernicious (if compelling!) idea that Gulf Seafood is contaminated.
