Elisabeth Hasselbeck Working on a Gluten-Free Cookbook

According to Publisher's Marketplace, The View co-host Elisabeth Hasselbeck is working on a cookbook, to be published by Ballantine. The illustrated cookbook will contain gluten-free recipes as well as personal stories. No word on the title or when it will come out, but it will contain recipes for kids, "manly Super Bowl snacks," and holiday menus.

Hasselbeck wrote a book called The G-Free Diet in 2009 about how the near-starvation diet she experienced on Survivor led her to a gluten-free lifestyle.
