Intrepid world traveler Anthony Bourdain has knack for finding trouble and danger. His wife Ottavia tweets: "Hurricane headed straight at Haiti. Sean Penn enlisted husband and crew into preparation efforts. Looks like this won't be an ordinary show."
And holy shit, it's true: There's a hurricane warning in Haiti! The AP reported, "The forecast... was likely to strengthen over the next 48 hours, and could regain hurricane strength by Friday... If it follows its predicted track it could hit every major Haitian city including Port-au-Prince, Les Cayes, Gonaives and Cap-Haitien."
Television gold yes — assuming the cameras don't get destroyed — but this is scary on a biblical level: Cholera! Hurricanes! Flooding! Sean Penn — who's been involved in Haitian relief efforts since the earthquake in January — will know what to do. Hang on tight, Mr. Bourdain!
