According to the Food Network, food science TV guy Alton Brown will be riding the Tom Turkey float in this year's Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade. (Last year Food Network hosts Sunny Anderson, Anne Burrell, and Claire Robinson rode it.) Yes, the televised parade is a disheartening childhood-destroying non-stop infomercial full of lipsyncing, but it's Alton Brown! Riding a giant turkey! Maybe he'll bring puppets!
