Sesame Street's Cookie Monster would like to host Saturday Night Live, and put out this audition tape for Lorne Michaels' consideration. And why not? After the viral campaign to get Betty White on the show proved successful, we're surprised we're not seeing significantly more of these. Anyhow, Cookie Monster does a few sketches: "Macarooner," riffing on Will Forte's MacGruber character, a fake Weekend Update, and a performance as Monster Gaga singing "Cookie Face."
