Cochon 555 Announces 2011 Schedule, Skips Portland

Cochon 555, a cooking competition celebrating all things porky, has announced its multi-city 2011 tour dates. No big surprises, really, except it won't be held in Portland, Oregon like it did last year.

Why? Oh, maybe because the event's co-founder Brady Lowe and Thistle chef Eric Bechard got arrested after last year's event after a supposedly-drunken brawl outside a Portland strip club (yes, really). Bechard was upset that non-local pigs were allowed into the competition. Guess Portland chefs take their pork very seriously! Which we thought was the idea? Non-Oregon dates below.
