Plans were announced today for a new London restaurant by California chef Wolfgang Puck. His first restaurant in Europe, it'll be an outlet of his CUT American steakhouse concept (there are locations in Beverly Hills and Las Vegas). It'll be on the ground floor of the Dorchester Collection’s new 45 Park Lane hotel and is scheduled to open in Spring of 2011. [Bloomberg]
