Restaurateur Drew Nieporent has been burned one too many times by chef Michael White — he even goes so far as comparing White to the New York Yankees in that he "stripped half of New York of its chefs." Apparently Nieporent, Daniel Boulud, and Jean-Georges Vongerichten have a gentleman's agreement to not poach each other's staff. [-ENY-]
