Nightline's Platelist chef last night was Frank Stitt, an Alabama chef with not one but two cookbooks coming out. Stitt talked all about Southern hospitality, and what he means by that: integrity, honesty, and serving weary travelers who show up right before close. (A little ham and cream never hurt, either.)
