Del Posto's Manic Spaghetti With Crab Video

It all starts with the crab. New York City's Del Posto just dropped a pretty sick new video of the entire process behind Mark Ladner's spaghetti with Dungeness crab dish that employs, among other things, stop-motion animation, split screens, black lights (to identify the shells from the meat, not for effect), and time-lapse photography. All accompanied by a throbbing cheeseball electro soundtrack. Michel Gondry, eat your heart out.
