People's Platelist Winner Will Fry Your Kids If You Let Him

Henry Chandler of Henry's Louisiana Grill in Acworth, Georgia, won the People's Platelist competition, and his segment aired on Nightline Friday night. He describes himself as a "red Cajun" (that would be half Cajun, half redneck) and fries just about everything he can get his hands on. Below, he prepares his famous Shrimp Ooh La La, which is fried shrimp, oysters, and crawfish tossed with Tasso, spinach ,and garlic, coated in a Cajun Alfredo sauce, and served over pasta. You can't say he didn't warn you about the fried food.
