Michel Richard on Time Management

michel-richard-150.jpgMichel Richard has just begun accepting reservations for his new restaurant Michel in Tysons Corners, Virginia (outside of DC). When asked how he would be dividing his time among his three restaurants in the area, Richard responded: "Five minutes here, five minutes there, five minutes there. I don't know. [Pause.] I'm going to call Wolfgang Puck and have him tell me how to do it." [WaPo]
