Ozersky and the Michelin Man

Writer and hamburger lover Josh Ozersky spoke to Jean-Luc Naret, the head of The Michelin Guide, about what exactly the Michelin Stars mean. Naret spoke of relying on the expert opinions of the reviewers: "So you always get to know professional people who's going to tell you what to do. Same with movie, same with books. Same with anything. Because you don't have the knowledge. So you have some people around who can actually bring you the knowledge...
