MasterChef Season Two Holding Open Casting Calls

Hey, so, you're a pretty good cook, right? I mean, you've never worked in a professional kitchen before or anything like that, but your friends are always saying you should open a restaurant? Well, does Fox have the show for you! Masterchef is holding open auditions in nine cities across the country for its second season. Hey, last season's prize ($250,000) was way more cash than Top Chef ($125,000)!

All you need is to do is fill out their 12-page application, bring a photo of yourself and of a plated dish, and bring a dish "to be served at room temperature." Which we really hope people stick to? Because there's a whole lot of tuna casserole on this show, and these things usually have long, outdoor lines.
