Your Celery Is Trying to Kill You

listeria-150.jpgThe Texas Department of State Health Services has closed a produce processing plant linked to a listeria outbreak which resulted in five deaths. Six out of ten reported cases of the disease were traced back to chopped celery from the SanGar Produce & Processing Company in San Antonio, Texas. SanGar calls the findings "erroneous." [NPR]
