Restaurant Owner's Pizza Punishment

casa-di-pizza-150.jpgThe owner of Buffalo, New York pizzeria Casa-Di-Pizza skipped out on $104,000 in sales tax, and now, in addition to paying back that sum, he has been sentenced to feed the homeless. He will deliver 12 sheet pizzas to a shelter once a week for a year; the third degree grand larceny charge could have resulted in a prison sentence. [AP]
